Teleport to Merrie Olde Englande courtesy of a Houston micro-brewery! You brew adventure includes a tour of the facilities of Walking Stick Brewery, the only air-conditioned brewing facility in the US, where you will meet the brewers to learn how a “British” ale is produced in Houston. Then, as the sun begins to set and the air cools, feast on a dinner of British fair accompanied by a pint of ale. You will receive a souvenir pint glass to take home. The afternoon culminates in a talk featuring Lucas Livingston from the Chicago Brewseum who also happens to be one of the stars of the Archaeology Now series “Uncorked.”
