The innovative culinary skills of chef Anita Jaisinghani are on display at this in-person afternoon tea at the Bake Lab at critically-acclaimed Pondicheri Restaurant. Participants will discover the sweet and savory foods that are part of an Indian high tea. Learn how Britain and India had a profound influence on each other, creating customs that became ingrained in each culture. Included in your experience are a tasting of three types of chai, a chai cocktail, three sweet bites, three savory bites and chai spice blend for take away. Chef Anita will talk about the history of chai and discuss all the spices used in preparation of masala chai.
